4 Dash Solutions GmbH, short 4-Dash, helps organizations become radically more efficient through AI, automation and modern Microsoft-based workflows.
The focus is not technology for its own sake. The focus is measurable value: less routine work, better decisions, governed automation and more space for meaningful human work.
4-Dash is the focused entrepreneurial vehicle through which I turn my experience from Microsoft consulting, transformation leadership and productization into practical solutions for SMEs, public sector organizations and ambitious teams.

IF-Blueprint AG
I co-founded IF-Blueprint AG in 2011. Over the years I grew from Project Manager and Solution Architect to CEO. This phase shaped my experience in Microsoft technologies, consulting, process digitalization, leadership, sales, finance, controlling, governance and growth.
In 2025 I stepped down from my board role. Today I am connected to IF-Blueprint AG as a shareholder – as a participation, no longer in an operational role.

A music label and creative expression. It connects to culture, everyday life and a social perspective – deliberately separate from the technology business, yet visible as part of my broader creative and social perspective.
